If you’re new to our office, you want to know what to expect. Know that we’re here to make sure that your visits are focused on your goals. We’ll get you in and out as quickly as we can while still thoroughly addressing all of your concerns. Our friendly staff will greet you the moment you step in and get you set up with the necessary paperwork.

Please be sure to fill out your paperwork prior to your appointment and bring your insurance card to your first appointment.

Getting Started

In our office, we first start with a no obligation, 15 minute phone consultation with one of our doctors. The reason we do this, is we want to make sure that we are a great fit for you, and that we can help you with the symptoms you are experiencing. From there, we will schedule your first appointment. This visit will take about 45 minutes to complete. You will receive all necessary tests to figure out the root cause of your symptoms including: a complete examination that tests for dysfunction, scans of your nervous system, any necessary x-rays, a full report of findings, and your first adjustment. You will be informed of all costs associated with your care before you ever even step foot in the office. We know how valuable your time is, and we want to make this first appointment as easy and efficient as possible. Prior to your appointment, we will send you a link to fill out our online paperwork so that we can be fully prepared for you to see us, including having any insurance benefits looked up before you arrive. 

Your subsequent appointments

A typical adjustment visit will take approximately 15 minutes from beginning to end. We offer early morning (7:30 am) appointments, and late evening appointments (5:45 pm) to help accommodate your busy schedule.
